COMMERCE - The No. 4 TexAnn golf team was victorious for the second straight tournament as they took a first place finish at the Texoma Chevy Dealers Intercollegiate in Commerce.

Tarleton shot a 631 en route to their second win over the season and third top three finish. 

The TexAnns edged out a surging West Texas A&M squad that finished with a 636. Central Oklahoma, Arkansas Tech, Newman and Arksansas-Fort Smith rounded out the top five.

Jacqueline Lau led the TexAnns with a 154 and a tie for second place.  Katy Ward tied for sixth place (156) while Jessica Pickwick came in eighth (157), Sharon Lau tied for 21st (164), and Sarah Fulfer tied for 51st (172).

Tarleton will take their pair of victories to their next competition at the Grand Canyon Invitational in Litchfield, Arizona on April 2.
