EDMOND, Okla. – The accolades keep adding up for Tarleton senior guard, Shelby Adamson.
 
The senior was named to the Daktronics All-South Central Region first team Wednesday afternoon, marking the second straight season to be honored in the region.
 
Last season, Adamson was a second-team selection.
 
As a senior, Adamson led her TexAnns to a Lone Star Conference Championship and their third straight NCAA regional tournament while averaging 13.0 points per game this season.
 
Adamson is one of three Lone Star Conference selections on the first team and five overall.
 
The TexAnns will be in Topeka, KS this weekend competing in the NCAA regional tournament beginning with No. 23 Emporia State at 8 p.m. Friday.
