- Round 2 Results

LOUISVILLE, KY. - The Tarleton women's golf team continued play at the NCAA Division II Championships in Kentucky Thursday and currently sits in eighth place overall.

The TexAnns entered the day in ninth and moved up one spot after a finishing in eighth after round one.  Tarleton shot a 322, which puts them at 660 overall.  Nova Southeastern leads the overall standings with a 614, followed by Florida Southern (629), California, Pa. (647) and Grand Valley State (647).

Jacqueline Lau led the way for the TexAnns and shot +8 on the day, putting her in a tie for 26th.  Katy Ward (+10) tied for 34th while Jessica Pickwick (+12) tied for 45th.  Sharon Lau (+13) tied for 49th and Sarah Fulfer (+16) tied for 57th to round out the day for Tarleton.

The TexAnns will return to action Friday in the third round of the competition at Persimmons Ridge Golf Club in Louisville, Ky.
