STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton State University will be sending three student buses to Tarleton's road game against archrival Midwestern State Wednesday night and seats are filling up fast.
 
The men's game is set to feature two of the nation's top teams. The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) currently ranks Tarleton, who enters the game with a record of 13-2, No. 9 in the nation and is facing its second nationally ranked top-10 opponent in the last week. The Texans defeated then-No. 4 Angelo State by 18 points last Wednesday night in Wisdom Gym. Meanwhile, the Midwestern State men are currently ranked No. 6 in the nation.
 
Prior to the men's tipoff, the TexAnns will take the court against the Mustangs for a 5:30 p.m. The Tarleton women's team has won two straight Lone Star Conference games by double-figures and are being led by Bailey Wipff's 20.0 points per game average through the first four LSC games of the season.
 
There will be three buses leaving from Stephenville. The first bus will depart at 3 p.m. to deliver fans in time for the women's game and the next two buses will depart at 4:30 p.m. to ensure arrival prior to the men's tipoff.
 
Pickup and drop off will be in front of the Rec Sports building and the buses will begin loading 30 minutes prior to takeoff. Each bus holds 30 students and each student will be responsible for purchasing their own tickets at the gate.
 
Any student wishing to ride the bus must visit Room 103 in the Student Center, which is the Office of Student Engagement, to fill out a waiver and ensure your place on the bus.
