Biography
Sophomore (13-14):
Competed in two meets for the Texans after transferring from Prairie View A&M… Recorded an indoor season best in long jump (19’ 10.25”) at the Lone Star Conference indoor championships… Set outdoor best of 21’ 1.5” (LJ) and 41’ 1.5” (TJ) at the East Texas Invite in Commerce, TX.
Prairie View A&M:
Attended Praire View from 2011-2013… Southwestern Athletic Conference indoor track and field champions in 2013… SWAC silver medalist in the pole vault during indoor and outdoor seasons as a redshirt freshman for the Panthers.
Sealy High School:
Lettered in track two years for coach Dabney… District champion in pole vault vaulting 3.81m (12’ 6”)… All-district honorable mention in basketball during senior season.
Personal:
Is a 2011 graduate of Sealy High School… Son of Pat Black and Henry Brown… Has two siblings, Mckayla Black, and J.R. Brown... Is an active member of HyeFlyPsi...Born May 18,1993
