Biography
Sophomore (13-14):
Competed in nine meets for the TexAnns… Recorded nine top-five finishes throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons… Set a personal best of 1:30.17 in the 600 yards at the Texas Tech Open… Recorded personal best of 5.00m (16’ 5”) and 57.66 in the outdoor 400m and long jump, respectively.
Freshman (12-13):
Competed in five track and field meets for the TexAnns… Ran the 400m dash at every event and once ran the 200m dash at Angelo State’s meet… Recorded a season-best time of 58.96 at McMurry and a season-high finish of sixth at the ASU meet… Had three top-10 finishes in the 400m dash.
All Saints Episcopal High School:
Was a four-year letterwinner in track and field and basketball as well as a two-year letterwinner in volleyball... Was a captain of all three sports.
Personal:
Is a 2012 graduate of All Saints Episcopal High School in Tyler... Daughter of Winderlyn and Jimmy Owens... Has two siblings, Kami and Jermy... Major is Pre-Vet... Born Jan. 11, 1994.
