Named to Lone Star All-Conference Performers List… Finished ninth at the LSC Championship with a time of 26:11.7…Competed in three meets for the Texans, including the East Texas Shootout where he finished in third place (25:27.5).

Sophomore (2017-18):
Cross Country – Finished in 104^th place at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship with a time of 34:23.9 … Took 2^nd place at the LSC Championship (26:07.4) which was also his top finish of the season … Simcho was named LSC All-Conference team … Competed in six total meets including three top-10 finishes … Was apart of the 2^nd place team at the LSC Championship … Advanced to the NCAA South Central Regional Championship … Was elected as the men’s team MVP.

Freshman (2016):
Ran cross country and track and field for Tarleton … Competed in six cross country meets, had a season best time of 26:05.8 in the 8k at the Texas A&M Invitational … Also competed in nine meets for the Texan track and field team … He ran a season best time of 4:07.51 in the 1500-meter run at the ASU David Noble Relays.

Southlake Carroll High School:
Lettered one season in cross country and track for coach Justin Leonard … Won a 6A state championship in cross country in 2015 … Was a regional qualifier in the 800m for track in 2016 … Nike Nationals qualifier for cross country in 2015 … Cross country academic all-state.
