Rushed for 2355 career yards, including 1078 in 1987 in leading Tarleton to the NAIA playoffs. A two-time first-team All-TIAA and twice NAIA honorable mention All-America. Holds the Tarleton record for most yards rushing in a game with 223 in a 1987 playoff game. Was MVP of the 1986 Sunflower Bowl with 210 yards rushing and three touchdowns.
