Tarleton State University Athletics

Played in 35 matches in 1990 leading the team with 330 digs and was second on the team with 200 kills. In 1991 she led the team in kills, digs, and hitting percentage. Hale still holds the individual school record for hitting percentage in a season and leads all individuals in digs in a season and digs per game in a season. She is the career leader in hitting percentage at Tarleton and in 1991 was selected the District Most Valuable Player and named to the Academic All-American Team.
