Manley was the Freshman of the Year in the TIAA in 1983 after winning both the 100 and 200 meters at the TIAA conference meet and setting school records in both events. She was Tarleton’s most Valuable Track Performer n 1984 and in 1985 won the 100 meters and was second in the 200 meters at the conference meet. She helped the TexAnns to four straight TIAA team titles while winning four straight TIAA 100 meter relay titles during her career at Tarleton.
