Season Stats

STEPHENVILLE - The Tarleton TexAnns (29-17, 14-9) will look for the season series win Tuesday night when they host Texas Woman's for the final home game of the season at 6 p.m.

Tarleton traveled to Denton last week for a mid-week doubleheader and split the two games with the Pioneers, including a 10-1 win in the second game.

The TexAnns are coming off a tough three-game series with conference-Angelo State in which they lost all three games but forced extra innings in two of them.

Over that series, the trio of Arianna Rodriguez, Katie Welborn and Samantha Swanda combined for 12 hits and 11 runs driven in. Rodriguez had five hits, all of which went for extra bases.

Texas Woman's swept Incarnate Word over the weekend, giving them a three-game win streak to jolt them into second in the LSC standings.

The first pitch is set for 6 p.m. under the lights of Tarleton's Softball Complex. A radio broadcast can be heard on 107.9 FM in Stephenville.
