*Any working members of the media who would like to receive email press releases regarding Tarleton State Athletics, may send an email to Senior Associate Athletic Director for Communications, Jake Withee at jwithee@tarleton.edu. Please include your name, media affiliation, all email addresses you would like to have releases sent to and whether you would like to receive ALL, RESULTS ONLY or SPORT Specific.

SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL CREDENTIAL REQUEST HERE. All credential requests must be submitted to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Communications, Jake Withee, by filling out the credential request form at TarletonSports.com/credentials. The credential request MUST be sent AT LEAST 36 HOURS prior to the scheduled game time. A credential request must be submitted for ALL Tarleton State Athletic events.

Members of the media are highly encouraged to interact with the Tarleton State student-athletes. When the student-athletes and coaches are in-season, their schedules are complicated and we ask that members of the media respect their rights to do their jobs as coaches and students, which first-and-foremost begins with their work in the classroom. Please request an interview by completing the form on the link below.

Please note the following guidelines for interviews with Tarleton State Athletics:

SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL MEDIA REQUEST HERE. The media request MUST be sent AT LEAST 36 HOURS prior to the scheduled interview time. A media request MUST be submitted for ANY interview with players, coaches, or athletics administration.

Please be on time. The coaches and players will wait no longer than 10 minutes if an interview is scheduled. If no one arrives in that time frame, the coaches and players will not be available again until the next scheduled time.

If there is a conflict with a specific player (i.e. having class, etc.) during the scheduled time, a member of the athletic communications team will work with the requesting media outlet to get the interview done as soon as possible.
