STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Softball's home series against Abilene Christian has been altered due to impending weather.
 
The Texans and Wildcats will now match up on Thursday at 6 p.m., then play a doubleheader on Friday, with games times slated for 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The games were originally scheduled to be played Friday at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., then Saturday at 12 p.m.
 
Tarleton State's planned Texan bottle opener keychain giveaway will now be at the Thursday game, so first arriving fans at the 6 p.m. first pitch will receive the free items, while supplies last.
