STEPHENVILLE, Texas – The Western Athletic Conference announced its
Spring 2026 Academic All-WAC recipients list on Tuesday.
There were 108 Academic All-WAC awards for Tarleton State, plus the Texans would have had 11 Texan Beach Volleyball award winners if it was a WAC-sponsored sport. Included in the Spring 2026 announcement were baseball, softball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's tennis and men's and women's outdoor track and field. In addition, the WAC announced its freshmen and transfer academic teams for the fall and winter sports.
Student-athletes who met the following conditions were eligible to earn Academic All-WAC honors:
- Student-athletes who have completed one academic year at the member institution.
- Student-athletes who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or better.
- Student-athletes who competed in at least 50 percent of the team's contests, with the exception of baseball and softball pitchers, who must have competed in 20 percent of the team's contests.
