2008: Recorded a personal best 15:26.51 in the 5000-meters at the Michael Johnson Classic... Finished fourth in 5000-meters (15:31.72) and fifth in 10,000-meters (34:13.31) at LSC Championships...
High School: Three-time district champion in cross country... Finished first at regionals in 2004, second in 2005 and second in 2006... Named to all-state cross-country team in 2004 and 2005... Placed sixth in the 3200-meter run and seventh in the 1600-meter run at the state track meet in 2007...Recorded best times of 9:30 in the 3200-meter, 4:25 in the 1600-meter and 14:54 for cross-country...
