Junior (2011):
    Named Lone Star Conference Newcomer of the Year and honorable mention all-conference... Was 2011 all-region... Led the TexAnns in wins (10), games started (22) and appearances (32)... Recorded an ERA of 3.12 in over 150 innings... Recorded 160 strikeouts to just 67 walks... Hit .288 in 156 at-bats... Led the TexAnns with 14 home runs and 43 RBIs... Was also a perfect 3-3 in stolen bases... Pitched a complete game shutout of Newman (Feb. 12) in her first Tarleton Start.

Conners College:
    Name first-team all-region in 2009 and 2010... Named first-team National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American in 2009... Pitched in 173 innings as a sophomore and had a .085 earned run average... Had 178 strikeouts and allowed just 21 earned runs... Walked 42 batters... Hit .462 in 143 at-bats with 66 hits, 12 doubles, a triple, 38 runs batted in and 35 runs scored... On Connors' single-season record list with 25 wins (third, 2009), 210 strikeouts (first, 2009), 71 RBIs (2009), 82 singles (first, 2009), 16 doubles (fifth, 2009) and 15 home runs (first, 2009)... Played alongside high school teammate, and current TexAnn teammate, Alexandria Orf.

Apache (OK) High School:
    Played fast-pitch softball four years and basketball for three years in high school... Helped team to district championship all four years in fast-pitch... Helped team to regional championship in 2008 and was a state semifinalist... Team was Sterling 26th Annual Tournament champions... Were district champions in slowpitch and regional runner-up... Named Chisholm Trail All-Conference for three years... Named all-state in 2008... Named Caddo County All-Touranment Team three years... Was on student council (vice president in 2007 and president in 2008)... Was involved in FFA and gifted and talented.

Personal:
    Is a 2008 graduate of Apache High School in Apache, Okla... Parents are Dayne and Nina Swanda... Has a brother, Bryan... Believes her best asset for the team is her attitude and leadership.
