Biography

Freshman (2013):
    Competed in six track meets for the TexAnns as a true freshman… Recorded a season best time in the 100m hurdles at the Tarleton State Invitational finishing sixth in 15.50…Competed at the LSC Championships in the 200m and 100m hurdles finishing 23rd in 26.09 and 17th in 15.63 respectively.
 
DeSoto High School:
    Was a three-year letterwinner in track and field and volleyball... Was a volleyball captain... Three-time district and regional champion in track and field... Winner of back-to-back state championships as a junior and a senior... UIL Scholar Athlete award as a senior in track and field... Winner of the school's Presidential Award... Member of the National Honor Society.

    Is a 2012 graduate of DeSoto High School... Daughter of Gloria Walton and Timothy Garrett... Has five siblings: DeAndre, DeAndrea, DeMarquis, DeAlisha and Deylisha... Is a pre-med: biomedical major... Born Nov. 1, 1993.
