Sophomore (2016):
LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Played in 45 games, earning 43 starts at shortstop … Hit .229 with three home runs and 11 RBIs while boasting a .924 fielding percentage … Had a three-hit performance against Midwestern State on March 18.
 
Freshman (2015):
Led Tarleton to its first Regional Championship and Super Regional appearance in school history … LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Started 55 games at shortstop for the TexAnns in her debut college season … Hit .233 with 22 RBIs and was 9-10 in stealing bases … Coaxed the third-most walks in a season by a TexAnn (28) … Had seven multi-RBI games, including a season-high four driven in against Southern Nazarene on February 7 … Hit her first career home run against Southern Nazarene on February 6.
 
Midlothian High School:
Was a four-year letterwinner for Midlothian as well as spending one season competing in the high jump for the track and field team… Named first-team all-district in softball as a junior and senior… MHS Golden Bat award winner after carrying one of the top 15 batting averages in North Texas as a junior… Academic All-State as a senior… Four-time Academic All-District… Member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, PAL, and Partner PE.

Is a 2014 graduate of Midlothian High School… Daughter of Shannon and Doug Wayland… Has a brother, Drake… Majoring in Nursing… Born Feb. 1.
