Senior (2014-15):
Redshirted his senior year of cross country … Ran the mile, 4x400 and 800m for indoor track and field and the mile, 4x400, 800m, 1500m and 5000m in outdoor … Bronze medalist and All-American in the mile at the NCAA Indoor National Championships with a time of 4:10.34 … Named LSC Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year … Placed first in the LSC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 1500m … Silver medalist in the 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:46.82 … Named All-Region by USTFCCCA, LSC All-Conference, LSC Athlete of the Week once and Tarleton Outdoor Team MVP … Had seven first-place finishes during the Track and Field season.

Junior (2013-2014):
Bronze medalist at the Indoor National Championships 800m by running a 1:51.78…Scored 24 points at the LSC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a third place finish in the 800m, second place finish in the mile and finished as the fastest DMR team in the LSC with an NCAA provisional mark of 10:10.15.…  He is the first National Champion under head coach Pat Ponder, who took over the program in 2007 by winning the 1500m at the Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 3:45.60 breaking the school record he set earlier in the season… Finished fifth at the prestigious Mt. Sac Relays in a then school record time 3:46.22… Texas Relays champion in the 1500m… Earned all-conference honors…Earned all-region in the 1500m…
 
Sophomore (2012-13):
    Competed in cross country and track and field for Tarleton... Competed in three cross country meets... Won the ASU Blue and Gold with a time of 26:41.21... Earned All-Conference status with a seventh place finish at the LSC Championship meet in a time of 25:40... Qualified for the National Championships in the 800m run, where he finished 10th in the nation in 1:52.32... Won the 800m run at McMurry and Angelo State... Set a season-best time of 1:50.56 in the LSC Championship preliminaries... Named USTFCCCA all-region.
 
Freshman (2011):
    Earned all-conference honors for the Tarleton Texan cross country team as a true freshman... Ran a season-best 25:55.43 in an 8K at Texas Tech... Finished the LSC Championship meet in 26:17 to earn all-LSC status... Ran a season-best 10K time of 33:53.4 at the regional championship.
 
Crawford High School:
  Lettered all four years in cross country and track... Named team captain... State champion in 2010 in cross country with a time of 15:49... State champion in 2011 3200m in track with a time of 9:34... State champion in 2010-11 in 1600m in track... District champion in 3200m from 2007-20011... Named all-state from 2009-2011.
