Junior (2014-15):
Competed in five cross country meets, including the NCAA South Central Regional Championships … Won the Ouachita Baptist Invitational 5K with a time of 26:33.4 and won the ASU Cross Country Classic for the second straight year with a time of 26:17.4 … Named to the LSC All-Academic Team and LSC Runner of the Week once … Ran the 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m for outdoor track and field … Finished second in the 5000m and 10,000m at the LSC Outdoor Track and Field Championships …  Finished first in the 1500m at the Joe Gillespie Tri Meet and East Texas Invite … Had a top-3 finish in six of his eight races … Named LSC All-Conference for Outdoor Track and Field

Sophomore (2013-14):
All-Conference… USTFCCCA All-Region… Academic All-LSC during Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field… All-American in the 1500m with an eighth place finish at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships in 3:48.92… Was one of the top two runners for the Texans in the 800m and 1500m during outdoor track and field… Medaled at the LSC Outdoor Championships with a third place finish in the 800m and second place in the 1500m… Won the 1500m twice in outdoor… Competed in the Mile and 3000m during indoor… Finished top-10 in all races during indoor… Won the mile in the regular season indoor finale and finished third in the mile at the Indoor LSC Championships… All-Conference honoree in cross country... Finished in 13th place to lead the Texans at the LSC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:18.70 to earn all-conference status... Led the Texan team at the South Central Regional Championships... Competed in four total meets as a sophomore... Won his first career race at the ASU Blue and Gold with a time of 25:51.46.
 
Freshman (2012-13):
Competed in cross country and track and field for Tarleton... Named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll... Ran in five cross country meets, earning two top-10 finishes including second place in the ASU Blue and Gold... Competed in six track and field meets... Won the 3000m Steeplechase in the Tarleton Invitational to begin the season... Won the 1500m run at McMurry and Baylor while earning second-place finishes in the 1500m run at the ACU Twilight and the LSC Championship meet, earning him all-conference status.
 
Smithson Valley High School:
Lettered four years of track and field and two years of cross country... Named a track and field captain... Helped his team to a district championship as a junior... Made state appearances in 2011 and 2012... Named National Elite in the 3200m milesplit... Named second-team academic all-state... Competed alongside current Texan teammate, James Polasek.
