Sophomore (2014-15):
    Redshirted her sophomore year for cross country… Ran the 1000m and 3000m for Indoor Track … Ran the 1500m and 5000m for Outdoor Track … Had season-best times at the Tarleton State Invitational with 5:13.11 in the 1500m and 19:29.08 in the 5000m ... Named to the LSC Commisioner's Honor Roll.

Freshman (2013-14):
    LSC Cross Country Freshman of the Year... Member of the Tarleton TexAnn national championship qualifying cross country team... All-Conference... Earned all-LSC status after finishing 10th at the LSC Championship meet in a time of 23:03.10... Finished 34th at the South Central Regional Championship... Was the only TexAnn to compete in all six of Tarleton's cross country meets…. Competed in the Mile Run at one Indoor Track and Field meet… Ran a 5:37.21 in her lone Indoor race.
 
Clarendon High School:
    Lettered four years in cross country, track, and softball, and two years in basketball… Three time state qualifier in cross country with best finish of sixth place coming in 2012… State Champion in 2013 in 3200m… Third place finish in 1600m in 2013.

    Is a 2013 graduate of Clarendon High School… Daughter of Stan and Melanie Shelton… Has two siblings, Shanna, and Derrick… Majoring in Kinesiology… Born February 3, 1995.
