Biography

Wells joins the Texans from Sachse High School. He was honored with First Team All-District in District 9-6A, Second Team All Max Preps and Second Team All-State accolades after recording eight interceptions, 13 pass breakups and 33 tackles this past season. Wells and the Mustangs won the 9-6A championship each of the last two seasons.

The Texans landed Wells over interested schools that offered like Utah Tech, Alabama A&M, Delaware and Bethune Cookman.
 
Wells is a Mesquite, Texas, native, who plans to study business upon arrival at Tarleton State University.
