Biography

Otto joins the Texans after playing his first collegiate year at Garden City CC. He played in nine games there, going for 16 receptions, 156 yards and three touchdowns. He logged his best game on Oct. 29 at Ellsworth CC, where he caught two touchdowns, finishing with three catches for 37 yards total.
 
Otto played wide receiver in high school before transitioning to tight end in college. He’s from Fort Collins, Colorado, and is a Rocky Mountain High School product.
