Biography
Hall was named the player of the year last year at Brownwood High School by Abilene Reporter News after throwing for 1,932 yards and 20 touchdowns while adding 1,853 yards and 27 touchdowns on the ground, plus three receptions for 93 yards and a touchdown. He was the Offensive MVP of District 2-4A Division 1 after accounting for 48 touchdowns his senior year.
“Just a really, really good athlete. We’re going to start him out at quarterback, but knowing that he’s going to be an offensive player for us, whether it’s quarterback, receiver, whatever, he’s a dynamic athlete, he can also play both sides of the ball. We’re going to check him out first real good at the quarterback position, and then if that works we’ll leave him there, if not, we’ll find a place for him. He’s just a dynamic young guy that made a lot of big plays for his team.”
Hall competes for the track and field team, placing fifth in the state in the triple jump last year as a junior. He will study business management at Tarleton State University.
