Tarleton State University Athletics

Booth played the last two years at the JUCO level, last season at Jones College and his freshman campaign at Hinds CC. At Jones College, he was second on the team in sacks with 2.5 across eight games played, with 3.5 tackles for loss, nine total tackles and a quarterback hurry. He earned at least a half-sack in three of his first five games played.
 
At Hinds CC, he played in nine games as a true freshman, finishing with 14 tackles, 5.5 TFL and a fumble recovery. He had a career-high five tackles, including 2.5 for loss, at Southwest on Oct. 19, 2024.
 
Booth played his prep football at Seminary High School, where he played four varsity years. He helped the Bulldogs to a third round playoff appearance his senior year, and he was named MHSAA 3A Second Team All-State.
 
Booth, a Taylorsville, Mississippi, native, will major in business at Tarleton State University.
