Hill joined UIW as a true freshman in 2023, then played the last two seasons at Kilgore College. At Kilgore this past season, he had two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 4.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, a pass breakup and 35 total tackles across nine games. The year prior, he had a fumble recovery, three sacks, a pass breakup and 21 tackles in 10 games. He played in one game with the Cardinals in 2023, making his collegiate debut against North American on Sept. 23.
 
Hill played his prep football at Billy Ryan High School in Denton, Texas. He played three varsity seasons, twice First Time All-District and once Second Tem All-District. He was a three-star prospect. Hill helped his team win the 5A D1 state championship in 2021, finishing 16-0 on the year. He also competed three years in track and field, helping them be district champs three times (2021-23).
 
Hill, a Long Beach, California, native, is undecided on his major at this point as he arrives at Tarleton State University.
