Biography
Brock joins the Texans after playing two seasons at Nicholls State. Last season he made All-Southland Second Team after rushing for 555 yards on 125 carries (4.4 YPC), with two touchdowns in 12 games, plus he led the team in receiving with 340 yards on 41 receptions and a pair of scores. He had a season-best performance rushing against McNeese on Oct. 25, going for 104 yards on 17 carries. Brock had a catch in each game last year, with three games posting five or more receptions. In 2024, Brock was the Southland Conference Freshman of the Year, plus was named to the Phil Steele FCS Freshman All-America Second Team (All-Purpose). He played in nine games, ranked second in the SLC with 113.0 all-purpose yards per game. He rushed for 479 yards and three touchdowns and had 213 yards receiving and two scores. Brock had the second-highest yard-per-carry average in the SLC at 6.4 YPC. In his first collegiate game, he exploded for 132 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just eight carries against Mississippi Valley State, also scoring on an 80-yard catch-and-run. Brock had 15 kick returns for 325 yards, averaging 21.7 yards per return, with a 47-yard return vs. SFA.

Brock played his prep football at Pine Forest High School, where he was a three-year varsity starter. He rushed for over 4,000 yards in his career while scoring 57 touchdowns, including his senior season, where he had over 2,000 all-purpose yards as a running back, receiver and return specialist while scoring 30 touchdowns. Brock was the MVP of the Pensacola East-West All Star game in December of 2023. He participated in the Georgia-Florida All-Star Game in Orlando, Florida, and was also named first team Escambia County for his performance during his senior year.
