Biography

Junior (2012):
    Became the school's all-time home run leader with 33 career home runs, passing Alicia Petersma (31)... Named first-team all-conference... Named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll... Played and started 50 games for the TexAnns... Led the team in home runs (18), runs scored (49), at-bats (171), slugging percentage (.789) and was tied for the team lead in hits (61) and triples (2)... Became the second TexAnn in school history to hit three home runs in a game - March 25 at Cameron... Was third in the conference in home runs and 17th with a .357 batting average.

Sophomore (2011):
    Started all 48 games she appeared in, making a string of 95 consecutive starts... Cracked the .300-mark (.301) for the second straight season... Named honorable mention all-conference for the second straight season.

Freshman (2010):
    Named honorable mention all-conference by the LSC... Started all 47 games she appeared in as a true freshman... Hit .333 in 141 at-bats... Drove in 30 RBIs (second on team) and recorded a .921 fielding percentage.

Bruceville Eddy High School:
    Named Newcomer of the Year as a freshman... As a sophomore was named defensive MVP... Named district MVP and to all-district first-team as a junior... Finished with a .517 batting average, four home runs, an ERA of .81, and 205 strikeouts... Three-time state qualifier in cross country and finishing in the top 10 twice.

Personal:
    Is a 2009 graduate of Bruceville Eddy High School... Parents are Sandy and Dan Rodriguez... Majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness Management... Born July 29, 1991.
