Outdoor: Raced at four regular season meets … Finished seventh at the North Texas Classic in the 1,500m with a lifetime personal record of 4:11.40 … Made his outdoor debut at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational and earned a lifetime 5,000m personal record of 16:27.73. 
Indoor: Obtained lifetime personal records in the mile (4:38.62) and 3,000m (9:27.27) in his Texan debut at the FasTrack Collegiate challenge.
