Biography
Junior (2021)
Appeared in seven of Tarleton’s nine outdoor meets ... Placed eighth and set personal records in both the heptathlon (4,390 points) and 400m hurdles (1:04.54) at the WAC Championships … Also took ninth in the triple jump with a leap of 35’ 9.25” at the conference championship meet … Notched personal bests in the 800m (2:33.57) and high jump (5’ 3.25”) during the heptathlon at the WAC Championships as well … Ranks seventh in school history in the heptathlon and javelin (118' 1") and ninth in the 400m hurdles ... Set a personal record in the long jump (16’ 11.75”) at the Texas A&M Alumni Muster … Tallied second place finishes in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles and took fourth in the high jump at the Joe Gillespie Invitational … Finished eighth and set a personal record in the shot put (32’ 10.5”) in Tarleton’s home meet as well … Crossed the finish line in 26.53 in the 200m at the Michael Johnson Invitational to set a personal record … Was one of 11 athletes selected to compete at the 93rd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays for Tarleton.
Sophomore (2020)
Competed in three indoor meets … Took fifth in the pentathlon (3,220) at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships and placed inside the top-10 in every event … Also competed in the Corky Classic and Pittsburg State Invitational
Freshman (2019)
Competed in eight meets for the Texans … Recorded her best finish in the heptathlon at the Lone SC Outdoor Championships (3,962) and placed ninth … Set a college personal record in the high jump (5’ 1”) at the LSC Indoor Championships to claim seventh place … Also finished eighth in the meet in the pentathlon … Notched a personal record in the triple jump (34’ 9.75”) and highest finish (fourth) at the East Texas Quad.
Thrall High School
Earned four varsity letters in track and field as well as volleyball, basketball and softball … Led track and field team to three straight District and Area Championships … Took third place in the 300m hurdles (45.85) and fourth in the high jump (5’ 4”) at the 2016 UIL Track and Field State Championships … Named school’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2018 … Earned numerous volleyball honors … First team Academic All-District honoree all four years.
