Freshman (2022) 
Outdoor: Competed at six meets … Finished 13th and 14th, respectively, in the high jump and javelin at the WAC Outdoor Championships … Cleared a lifetime best 6’ 5.5” in the high jump to place seventh at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational in his collegiate outdoor debut … Posted top-10 finishes in the event at the North Texas Classic, SFA Invite and UTA Invitational. 
Indoor: Saw action in the high jump at three meets, including the WAC Indoor Championships. 

Big Spring High School 
Lettered all four years in track and field under coaches David Jeffrey and Jeff Denton … Was ranked 22nd in Texas in the high jump in 2021 … Personal record is 6’ 6” … Closed his prep career by winning a silver medal in the high jump at the 2021 TX UIL 4A State Championships … Won Area and Regional titles in the event in 2021 … Two-time District high jump champion (2019, 2021) … Was an Area and Regional qualifier as a freshman, sophomore, and senior … Helped team notch back-to-back District titles in 2019 and 2021 … Also played four years of varsity basketball and earned three varsity letters in baseball … Received numerous accolades on the hardwood … 2021 first team All-District honoree … First team selection on both the 2020 2021 Big Country Preps and Midland Reporter News All-Star Boys Basketball teams … 2020 District 5-4A Offensive MVP … Named the 2019 Big Country Preps Basketball and District 5-4A Newcomer of the Year … Competed in the 2021 FCA Basketball All-Star Game … Scored over 1,500 points in his prep basketball career … On the diamond, was a 2019 District 5-4A All-District honoree as a pitcher … Academic All-state honoree in basketball and baseball … Finished in the top-five percent of his graduating class academically … Presented with the 2021 Big Spring High School Outstanding Male Student and April 2021 Howard County Student of the Month Awards … Member of National Honor Society.
