Tarleton State University Athletics

Sophomore (2014):
   Competed in nine meets for the TexAnns… Set an indoor best in the weight throw of 11.12m (36’ 5.75”)… Recorded outdoor personal best of 34.94m (114’ 7”) and 12.91m (42’ 4.25”) in the hammer throw and shot put, respectively.
 
Freshman (2013):
    Competed in six track meets for the TexAnns as a true freshman… Competed in three events – shot put, hammer, discus… Recorded season best throw in shot put at the Lion Invitational 12.55m (41’ 3”), hammer at the Tarleton Invitational 31.65m (103’ 10”), and discus at the LSC Championships 37.04m (121’ 6”).
 
Shallowater High School:
    Was a four-time letterwinner in track and field and basketball as well as a one-time letterwinner in volleyball... Was a part of four straight regional tournament basketball teams... Helped her volleyball team to an area championship in 2010... Track and field three-time regional qualifier... Two-time track and field district champion... Two-time state qualifier with 6th and 3rd place finishes as a junior and senior... In basketball, named first-team all-district and second-team All South Plains as a junior and first-team all-district, first-team All South Plains, TABC all-region and TGCA all-state as a senior... Two-time TABC all-state track and field selection... First-team all-district in volleyball... Academic all-state in basketball and track as a senior.

    Is a 2012 graduate of Shallowater High School... Daughter of Stacy and Wes Westbrook... Has two siblings, Skylar and Storm... Major is Kinesiology... Born Feb. 22, 1994.
