Received All-WAC Second Team honors with Maretha Burger (Doubles) … Five-time WAC Doubles Player of the Week award winner, with four partnering with Burger and one with Noelia Lorca … Posted a 12-4 doubles record, playing all but one match at the No. 1 position … Won five singles matches at the No. 1 position … Started the season with a 4-0 doubles record with Burger and won her first Doubles Player of the Week honor of the season on Jan. 28 … Posted her first bagel (6-0) set of the season at Incarnate Word (2/16) … Collected five straight doubles wins with Burger and three WAC Doubles Team of the Week honors Feb. 15 - 6 … Partnered with Lorca to win her final WAC Doubles Team of the Week of the season on March 25 … Tallied wins over opponents from SMU and North Texas in the main draw to advance to the Round of 16 of the 2024 ITA Texas Regional Championships … Finished as a doubles champion in the consolation bracket of the 2024 ITA Texas Regional Championships with Noelia Lorca.

WAC Singles Player of the Week from Jan. 22-28 … Went 15-4 in doubles, all at the No. 3 position … Was 5-2 in doubles in WAC play … Started the doubles campaign 9-0 with two different partners, Clara Sobius and Noelia Lorca … Started WAC play 5-0 in doubles … Went 7-10 in singles, all at the No. 1 position … Finished 2-4 in conference play in singles … Opened the season with singles wins at UTEP and New Mexico State, earning her WAC Singles Player of the Week as she defeated UTEP’s Carlotta Mencaglia 3-6 6-3 6-0 and New Mexico State's Anna Pinaieva in straight sets 6-4, 6-4 … Ended her sophomore campaign with two singles wins, including a WAC Tournament semifinals victory over UT Arlington’s Tara Gorsinek 2-6 6-4 6-0.

WAC Player of the Year … WAC Freshman of the Year … Singles All-WAC First Team … On WAC All-Tournament Doubles Team, one of six players among all WAC programs … Was WAC Singles Player of the Week from matches played March 13-19 … Was WAC Singles Player of the Week from matches played Feb. 6-12 … Was WAC Singles Player of the Month in September … Women's Tennis ITA Scholar-Athlete … Academic All-WAC … Persson became the fifth player in program history to be named the conference player of the year, and the first since the Texans joined the WAC … Alicia Barbaroux (2018), Alicia Perez (2014), Karla Martinez (2013) and Hall of Famer Alicia Cummings (2006) earned the prestigious honor while Tarleton was a member of the Lone Star Conference … Is the first freshman in Tarleton Tennis history to earn Player of the Year honors … Was Tarleton's primary No. 1 player most of the season, sporting a 14-8 overall singles record (5-4 WAC), all at the top two positions, 8-7 at No. 1 and 6-1 at No. 2 … Won her first WAC Singles Player of the Week honor after back-to-back clinching road wins at UTSA and Texas State in early February, then won another after going 3-0 against the top players from Drake, UTRGV and UT Arlington … Was the WAC's Singles Player of the Month in September, headlined by her Sweet 16 singles main draw run at the ITA Texas Regional Championship with wins against North Texas and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi … Won eight straight singles matches from Jan. 28 through March 3, and out of Tarleton's 17 wins, she clinched the team victory six times … Went 12-9 in doubles play, winning her last five matches, including all three in the WAC Tournament alongside Clara Sobius.
 
Akademi Båstad:
Was ranked sixth in Sweden's national U18 rankings upon arrival at Tarleton … Played for team Lidkoping in the highest division of Sweden ... At the J4 Kramfors, won all three qualifying matches in straight sets and advanced to the main draw's quarterfinals, including a first round win over the International Tennis Federation's No. 443 ranked junior player … Boasted a Universal Tennis Rating of 9.04 in singles entering her freshman season at Tarleton.
