Tarleton State University Athletics

In December of 2023, Annabel Anderson became a full-time Tarleton State Athletics Academic Coordinator after spending nearly two years as a graduate assistant in the Athletic Academic Services department.
 
Entering 2025-26, Anderson’s role includes monitoring academic progress and NCAA academic eligibility for the football, softball, women’s golf and tennis programs.
 
A native of Midlothian, Texas, Anderson played four years of college softball at the University of Dallas. She was an All-Conference Second Team outfielder and the team MVP in 2021. She was a two-time academic all-conference selection.
 
She graduated from the University of Dallas with a degree in biology and received a master’s degree in environmental science at Tarleton State in December 2024.
