Bre Eldridge is entering her first season at Tarleton State as Assistant Director for Athletic Performance in 2025-26. She is responsible for the athletic development of the women’s basketball and softball programs.

Eldridge joins the Texans after spending the last two years at Colgate, including a 2023-24 season spent with Tarleton State Director of Athletic Performance, Bryan Klobucar. At Colgate, Eldridge was Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, serving the women’s basketball, field hockey, women’s soccer and women’s lacrosse programs.

Eldridge has also spent time as an intern at both Army and Incarnate Word from 2021-23, working with several different programs.

Eldridge is a former student-athlete, playing 2012-16 as a center midfielder for Polk State College and Southeastern University. She was Second Team All-Conference as a senior and junior, plus was a two-time All-Region selection as a sophomore and freshman.

The Auburndale, Florida, native, received her master’s degree in Human Performance at Liberty in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at Southeastern.
