Makaela Di Gaudio is entering her first season at Tarleton State in 2026-27 as a Graduate Assistant for Facilities and Operations.
Di Gaudio joined Tarleton State after graduating from Howard in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and completing a three-and-a-half-year collegiate softball career. In her final year, she served as the team’s manager and outfield coach, helping with player development, practice organization, and supporting the program in a leadership role.
Throughout her collegiate career, Di Gaudio was known for her team-first mentality and dedication to going above and beyond for those around her. Her experiences as both a player and coach helped develop her passion for leadership, mentorship, and helping others reach their full potential.
Di Gaudio is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Tarleton State University.
