Sadé Boswell is entering her first season at Tarleton State in 2026. Texan Women's Soccer head coach Erik Solberg announced hiring Boswell as an assistant coach on July 6, 2026.
Boswell joins the Texans with also 10-plus years of collegiate coaching experience. She spent the last four years as head coach for Missouri Southern Women’s Soccer, an NCAA Division II program in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA). Prior to Missouri Southern (2022-25), Boswell was an assistant coach for Midwestern State Women’s Soccer (2020-21), assistant coach for Drury Women’s Soccer (2019), assistant coach for Rose State College Women’s Soccer (2015-18), and graduate assistant coach at Sioux Falls (2013-14).
“Sadé is an accomplished coach with a strong track record of player development,” Solberg said. “She cares deeply about her student-athletes and has a clear vision for how to build a competitive culture that brings the best out in each individual. Her ability to translate that vision into daily training sessions will be a huge asset to our program. I am excited to bring her and her experience to our staff.”
At Midwestern State, Boswell helped the Mustangs to a 12-5-3 record her final season there in 2021, a season that included a trip to the Lone Star Conference Tournament, as well as a bid to the NCAA Tournament. During her tenure at Rose State College, the Raiders finished as District runners-up in 2017 before winning the Region II Championship in 2018 and earning an NJCAA national ranking. Boswell helped coach an All-American goalkeeper at RSC in 2017 and an All-American forward in 2018.
Boswell was born in Germany but grew up in St. Robert, Missouri. Boswell played four collegiate years, two at Northeastern State (2010-11) and two years for Neosho County Community College (2009-10). She graduated from Northeastern State with a degree in physical education in 2012 and earned a master's degree in educational administration from Sioux Falls in 2015.
