Tarleton State University Athletics

When the 2025-26 season begins, Terri Hardcastle will start her 21st year with the Tarleton State Athletics staff. Since joining the athletics department in August 2004, she has served as Assistant to the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics.
 
Born in Stephenville, Hardcastle was raised in Crane and graduated from Crane High School before returning to Stephenville.
 
In 1990, Hardcastle received her bachelor’s degree in both Physical Education and English from Tarleton State University. Upon graduation, she taught reading and physical education for nine years at Gilbert Intermediate School.
 
Hardcastle and her husband, Greg, have resided in Stephenville since 1992. They have two daughters, Faith Ann and Mattie Jo.
