THE GAMEThe No. 1-ranked Texans have started the season 4-0 and will host the Thanksgiving Classic while taking on Colorado State-Pueblo on Friday at 7 p.m. and Ouachita Baptist at 7 p.m. at Wisdom Gym.

THE OPPONENT: COLORADO STATE-PUEBLOThe Thunderwolves and are coming off an upset road win over No. 11 Midwestern State, 87-74. CSPU is 3-1 on the season.
THE OPPONENT: OUACHITA BAPTIST The Tigers are 1-3 on the season with their only win coming against Oklahoma Baptist, 78-58, on Nov. 19.
THE SERIES: COLORADO STATE-PUEBLOThis is the first-ever match up between the two schools.
THE SERIES: OUACHITA BAPTISTThis is the third meeting between the schools with Tarleton winning the previous two match ups. The Texans defeated the Tigers 74-67 in 2012 in Stephenville and 61-40 back in 1998 in Arkansas.
LAST TIME OUTTarleton played Bacone and defeated the Warriors 116-49.
EJ Reed scored 23 points to lead 10 Texans who scored in the rout, including seven in double figures. It was the highest point total for Tarleton since its season-opening win Southwestern Adventist in 2013-14 when they scored 118 points.

LSC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEKEJ Reed was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week a week after claiming the LSC Defensive Player of the Week honors. Reed helped No. 1-ranked Tarleton improve to 4-0 on the season by averaging 25 points per game on 81 percent shooting and 9.5 rebounds in Tarleton's two wins.
