THE GAME
The No. 9-ranked Texans will take on Our Lady of the Lake on Saturday, December 5 at 7 p.m. in Wisdom Gym.
 
THE BROADCAST
Each game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the Texans, Casey Hogan, will be back calling the play-by-play for Tarleton basketball this season. THE OPPONENT: OUR LADY OF THE LAKE
The Saints are 2-2 on the season with wins against Wayland Baptist and North American University. OLLU is averaging 106.5 points per game, including scoring 134 and 116 points in the two wins. OLLU has three players averaging double-digit points with Olajuwon Garner leading the way with 20.3 points per game.
 
THE SERIES: OUR LADY OF THE LAKE
Tarleton is 3-2 all time against Our Lady of the Lake, but haven't played the Saints since 1981. This will be the first match-up for the two teams in the Lonn Reisman era.
 
LEADING THE CONFERENCE
EJ Reed leads the Lone Star Conference in scoring (21.9 points per game) and field goal percentage (.663). Michael Hardge is tops in assists per game with 5.3 and minutes per game at 33.2. After recording six steals last game, Hill leads the LSC in steals per game with 2.

Lonn Reisman enters the month of December with six games on the schedule. His all-time record for the Christmas month is 99-36 for a winning percentage of .733. The Texans have won 14 straight games in December.

In Coach Reisman's 28 seasons at Tarleton State, the Texans have amassed a total record of 380-63 including a record of 162-15 (.915) with two undefeated home seasons since 2005. The Texans went 20-1 at Wisdom Gym last season.

4-year Texan Michael Hardge, who has 232 career assists, passed LaShon Sheffield for No. 14 on the all-time assists list. Hardge needs 29 assists to move to No. 13 and pass Corin Henry.
