THE GAME
Tarleton travels to Eastern New Mexico for a three-game series against the Greyhounds with the opener scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m. and a doubleheader on Saturday starting at 2 p.m.

Tarleton is 15-21 on the season and fifth in the Lone Star Conference with a 9-14 league mark. The Texans are two games back from Cameron for the fourth and final playoff spot for the LSC Tournament. Tarleton is 7-11 away from home.
Alec Humphreys leads the Tarleton offense with a .336 average and team-highs in hits (46) and RBIs (23). Trevor Renfor, the reigning LSC Pitcher of the Week, fronts the Texans' rotation with a 2.57 ERA and 67 strikeouts for a 5-3 record, all team highs.

Eastern New Mexico is 10-27 on the year and last in the Lone Star Conference at 3-20. The Greyhounds have lost three straight and are 3-12 at home this season. Daniel Ward is second in the LSC with a .387 average with a team-high five home runs. Alec Lemmon leads the pitching staff with 30.1 innings pitched and a 6.53 ERA.

THE SERIES
Tarleton leads the all-time series with Eastern New Mexico 64-40-1. Tarleton has won three of the last four games and is 25-23 against the Greyhounds on the road. The Texans scored at least seven runs in all three wins against ENMU this season.

LAST TIME OUT
The Texans dropped two of the three games against West Texas A&M, but Trevor Renfo outdueled WT ace Austin Moore by tossing a complete game shutout with 10 strikeouts for the victory.
