THE GAME
No. 9 Tarleton takes on Texas A&M-Commerce for first place in the Lone Star Conference on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Wisdom Gym. Both teams enter with a 5-1 record in the LSC.

THE BROADCAST
Each game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the Texans, Byron Anderson, will be calling the play-by-play for Tarleton basketball this season. THE OPPONENT: TEXAS A&M-COMMERCE
Texas A&M-Commerce enters with a 12-2 record overall and 5-1 in the Lone Star Conference. The Lions are tied with Tarleton atop the LSC standings. TAMUC has won three straight games, all on the road. TAMUC averages 87.9 points per game and gives up 76.7 points to opponents. The Lions are led by Malik Albert's 19.4 points per game and Trey Seymore who is averaging 17.1 ppg. Dorian Armstrong is the team leader in rebounds at 7.9 and Seymore has a team-best 2.9 assists per game.

THE SERIES: TEXAS A&M-COMMERCE
Tarleton leads the all-time series with Texas A&M-Commerce, 34-31 dating back to 1962. In the Lonn Reisman era (1988) Tarleton is 30-18 against the Lions. Tarleton has won two straight against TAMUC and is 16-6 all-time at Wisdom Gym against the Lions.

LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton fell to Texas A&M-Kingsville on the road, 76-71. It was the first LSC loss for Tarleton. Ridell Camidge led the team with 23 points.

TARLETON IN THE NABC RANKINGS
Tarleton is ranked No. 9 in the nation with a 12-1 record. This marks the 120th week the Texans have been ranked by the NABC in program history.
