THE GAME
Tarleton men's basketball will go on the road for the first time in the 2017-18 season when they open Lone Star Conference play at Midwestern State on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. The Texans will then travel to Lawton, Oklahome to take on Cameron on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 4 p.m.

Each game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the Texans,

ABOUT THE MUSTANGS:
Midwestern State enters the game 2-5 on the season. MSU is 1-0 at home, but 0-4 at neutral sites. The Mustangs are averaging 87 points and giving up 88 points to opponents. MSU has three players averaging double figures in points, led by Brandon Neel's 18.4 ppg. Neel also leads the team in rebounds with 7 per contest.
THE SERIES: MIDWESTERN STATE
Tarleton and Midwestern State have played 54 times since 1989 and the series is tied at 27-27. Tarleton is 12-10 at home and 12-13 on the road against MSU. The Texans have won the last three match ups against the Mustangs.
ABOUT THE AGGIES:
Cameron enters the game 3-3 on the season. The Aggies are 1-0 at home, winning its home opener against Southwestern Oklahoma State. The Aggies are averaging 79 points and holding teams to 74 points. Cameron has four players averaging double figures in points, led by Bryce Elle's 15.3 points.
THE SERIES: CAMERON
Tarleton and Cameron will meet for the 36th time in program history, with the Texans leading 27-8 in the series. Tarleton is 10-6 in Lawton and has won the last two meetings against the Aggies.
LSC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Deshawn Riddick was named the LSC Defensive Player of the Week after coming up with a career-high six steals against St. Mary's. Riddick also added a season-high 15 points with 4 assists.
LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton defeated St. Mary's 87-61 to improve to 3-2 on the year. Josh Hawley had a career-high 22 points, while Corinthian Ramsey added 21 in the win.
