Tarleton Track & Field set to compete at The Star in Frisco

THE MEET:
Tarleton's men and women indoor track & field teams will compete at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Classic that will be held in Frisco, Texas on Thursday and Friday at the newly built Ford Center at the Star--the world headquarters and practice facility of the Dallas Cowboys.

LAST TIME OUT:
The last time Tarleton took the track was in Houston where the University of Houston hosted the Houston Invitational.  Roxana Hernandez had an outstanding performance where she finished 5th place in the women's high jump with a jump of 5-05.00. Colton Troutman finished 6th in the men's 200m dash with a time of 23.19.

MEET SCHEDULE:
The meet will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9 with the men's shot put. Friday's events start at 11 a.m. with the men's shot put as well. Full schedule

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON:
Tarleton men and women's track and field will compete in the Indoor Lone Star Conference meet on Saturday Feb. 18 and Sunday Feb. 19 in Alamosa, Colorado.
