A LOOK BACK AT LAST TIME OUT
After having its win streak halted at five in last Tuesday's loss at Texas A&M-Commerce, the TexAnns rebounded by knocking off Texas Woman's Thursday afternoon. Tarleton got 52 combined points from McKinley BostadMackenzie Hailey, and Katie Webster, led by a career-high 24 points from Bostad, in a 71-67 comeback victory over the Pioneers. It was Tarleton's first road win over TWU since December 1, 2012. It was also the first time since that day that the TexAnns have shot over .400 from the floor at Kitty Magee Arena.

INSIDE THE SERIES: WEST TEXAS A&M
Tarleton and West Texas A&M have met 47 times in their history, including one prior to Tarleton's NCAA era. The TexAnns won the first-ever meeting on Jan. 27, 1978 when the TexAnns defeated the Lady Buffs 79-73 in a home tournament. WT won 26 of 30 meetings from 1995 to 2010 but the TexAnns have won six of the last 16 meetings since 2011.

INSIDE THE SERIES: UT PERMIAN BASIN
Tarleton and UT Permian Basin have met 13 times since the inaugural game in 2004 and the TexAnns have dominated the all-time series with an 11-2 advantage. The TexAnns won the first seven meetings before the Falcons won back-to-back home games in 2010 and 2012. Tarleton has since won four straight over the Falcons, including a sweep of two games last year in UTPB's first season in the Lone Star Conference.
