THE GAME
Tarleton men's basketball resumes Lone Star Conference play at home as the Texans take on Angelo State and Texas A&M-Kingsville. The Texans play Angelo State on Thursday, Jan. 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Texas A&M-Kingsville on Saturday, Jan. 6 at 4 p.m.

Each game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the Texans, Byron Anderson, will be calling the play-by-play for Tarleton basketball this season. ABOUT THE RAMS:
Angelo State enters the game 10-2 on the season and 2-1 in the Lone Star Conference. Angelo State has won four straight games and are 2-1 on the road. The Rams average 85.6 points and hold teams to 70.8 points. ASU has four players averaging double figures in points, led by Ja'Michael Brown's 14.3 points.
THE SERIES: ANGELO STATE
Tarleton and Angelo State are playing for the 50th time in program history with the Texans leading the all-time series, 34-15. The Texans are 20-2 at home against the Rams.
ABOUT THE JAVELINAS:
Texas A&M-Kingsville enters the game 9-4 on the season and 2-1 in the Lone Star Conference. TAMUK has lost three straight and is 3-1 on the road. The Javelinas average 71.6 points and hold teams to 66 points. TAMUK is le by Trey Sumpter's 11.5 points per game.
THE SERIES: A&M-KINGSVILLE
Tarleton and Texas A&M-Kingsville are playing for the 49th time in program history with the Texans leading the all-time series, 35-13. Tarleton is 23-3 at home against the Javelinas.
LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton fell to No. 2 Queens 64-51 on Dec. 30. The Texans were led by Josh Hawley's 15 points.
