THE GAME
Tarleton men's basketball hits the road for the final time in the regular season as the Texans travel to Kingsville and San Angelo. The Texans face Texas A&M-Kingsville on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m., followed by Angelo State on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 4 p.m.

THE BROADCAST
Each game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the Texans, Byron Anderson, will be calling the play-by-play for Tarleton basketball this season. The radio broadcast can be heard on KTRL 90.5 FM in Stephenville and surrounding areas or online at TarletonSports.com/ListenLive.

ABOUT THE JAVELINAS:
Texas A&M-Kingsville is 11-11 on the season and 4-8 in the Lone Star Conference. The Javelinas started the season 8-0 and were once ranked in the NABC Top 25, but have gone 3-11 since. Kingsville is 5-5 at home this season. TAMUK is averaging 67 points and holding teams to 66.8 points. The Javelinas are led by Trey Sumpter's 11 points per contest.

THE SERIES: TEXAS A&M-KINGSVILLE
Tarleton and Texas A&M-Kingsville are meeting for the 49th time in program history, with the Texans holding a 36-13 lead in the series. Tarleton is 10-10 in Kingsville and has won the last two games in the series.

ABOUT THE RAMS:
Angelo State is 16-6 on the season and 7-5 in the Lone Star Conference. The Rams are 9-2 at home and have won three straight in the Junell Center. The Rams are averaging 84 points per game and holding teams to 74 points. ASU has four players averaging double figures, led by Ja'Michael Brown's 13.5 points.

THE SERIES: ANGELO STATE
Tarleton and Angelo State are meeting for the 51st time in program history with the Texans leading the all time series 34-16. The Texans are 13-10 in San Angelo but won the last contest on the road.

LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton defeated Western New Mexico 66-49 behind 17 second-half points from Corinthian Ramsey. Josh Hawley added 16 points and eight rebounds.

The Texans return home to take on Texas A&M-Commerce on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
