A LOOK AT LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton won its seventh straight game by sweeping a four-game series against Adams State in Stephenville to close out the month of February. Tarleton outscored the Grizzlies 38-10 over the four games, led by a .571 batting average and six RBI from Francisco Rodriguez and a complete-game shutout by Nathan Hickey.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Tarleton and West Texas A&M have a rich history, which dates back to 1994 and covers 113 games. Tarleton owns a 61-51-1 all-time record against the Buffs, including 22 wins and the series' only tie in 48 games in Canyon. Tarleton and West Texas split last year's four-game league series in Canyon last year.

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
Tarleton will return home for another non-conference series against a league rival as the Texans will host Cameron for four games that will not count toward LSC standings. The series is a tradition 1-2-1 series, beginning Friday at 3 p.m.
