The Texans are ranked No. 24 in the NABC poll and enter the weekend 1-2 after splitting its opening tournament at the RMCA/LSC Challenge in Fort Smith, Arkansas and falling in Thursday's home opener to Oklahoma Baptist. The Texans topped Metro State in the opener, 85-71 for their first win of the season. Tarleton is averaging 72.3 points per game through three contests. Josh Hawley leads the Texans with 18.3 points per game and adds eight rebounds. Randall Broddie (12.3 ppg) and Devin Bethely (10.3 ppg) are also averaging double-digit points for the Texans.
 
ABOUT WILEY COLLEGE
Wiley College is 2-1 on the young season and come to Stephenville off an exhibition loss to Louisiana Tech Tuesday night. The Wildcats are averaging 79.3 points per game this season and are led in scoring by Taylan Grogan's 31.7 points per game.
