LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton women's basketball's six-game win streak came to an end with a 52-48 loss to Western New Mexico on Saturday in Wisdom Gym.
Mackenzie Hailey led the Texans with 11 points, extending her double-digit scoring streak to 29 straight games and 98 for her career.
Marissa Escamilla was the only other Texan in double figures adding 10 points, going 8-11 at the free throw line.
INSIDE THE SERIES: TEXAS WOMAN'S
The Texans and Pioneers met earlier this season, where Texas Woman's defeated Tarleton in overtime at Wisdom, 63-55, on November 23rd. The Texans lead the all-time series 33-18, while the Pioneers hold the advantage in Denton, 10-12.
HAILEY REWRITING THE RECORD BOOK
Mackenzie Hailey is climbing the all-time leaderboard in several categories and is close to moving up to the next spot:
• Steals: 222 (5th place); Needs 23 steals to pass Morgan Ashmore for 4th place.
• Points: 1686 (4th place); Needs 27 points to pass Kathy Buckler for 3rd place.
• Blocks: 119 (3rd place); Needs 40 blocks to pass JoAnne Jones for 2nd place.
• Rebounds: 819 (6th place); Needs 45 rebounds to pass Kaelie Butler for 5th place.

Mackenzie Hailey second among Texas women's basketball players (Division II) based on the NBA's formula for player efficiency rating.
Hailey is rated with an 18.53 efficiency mark.

Marissa Escamilla, and
Alexa Hoy also appear in the top-50 of the list, ranked at No. 28, 33, and 46, respectively
MACK'S 29-GAME POINTS STREAK
Mackenzie Hailey has scored 10+ points in 29 straight games. The last time the senior forward did not have 10+ points was on Jan. 31 vs. Angelo State last season.
HEAD COACH MISTY WILSON RADIO SHOW

Misty Wilson Radio Show takes place every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. from the lobby of First Financial Bank. The sixth-year head coach of the Texans will join
Kyle Crews for a 30-minute program each week to discuss previous performances, upcoming opponents, and other storylines. Student-Athletes will join the show as well.

The Texans will embark on a two-game road trip next weekend. First, the Texans will face St. Edward's in Austin on Thursday, January 30th at 5:30 p.m. Tarleton will then head to San Antonio to face St. Mary's at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
